Get rid of HTTPS when connectiong to MDN

HTTPS slows down access to MDN content for now good reason.

        I'd make it optional. Considering how most governments are degenerating into dictatorships in Europe and America (or were always dictatorships because of bipartidism, indirect election and other reasons, but they're getting way meanier), some of us may prefer to use HTTPS for browsing just about anything. The harder we are to track for just about anything, the better.

        today and knowing that also I develop, certain information like the identities, certain banking openings of page, as well as information about the preferences of knowing, and all relationships possible to the means without you of knowing and your authorization to send commercial propositions to you, and to canvass you.

        I need that http badly. it is too slow with https from my location(China). and I thought the cache won't work under https protocol defaultly

        stay with https it's a safer method plus it should havve a W O T rating shewing on every comment...

        I too have always been confused why it's HTTPS; although we do log in there's nothing critical being transmitted such as financial or personally identifiable information.
