Update the documentation for bundling plugins
The documentation for Gecko 2.0 plugins at https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Shipping_a_plugin_as_a_Toolkit_bundle appears to be incorrect. I cannot get platform specific plugins to work using chrome.manifest and can only get it to work by bundling libraries in the top-level plugins directory.
